Security, privacy, and reliability
Deep AI Minds is built for working professionals learning on their own accounts. Below is a plain-language summary of what we do today; the legal detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Sessions & accounts
We use industry-standard signed HTTP-only cookies for sessions. Sign-in supports email/password and OAuth providers we enable (for example Google); optional phone sign-in may be available depending on configuration. Protect your account like any important work login.
Data we store
To run learning, we store account profile details, enrollments, lesson completion and challenge pass keys, and optional enquiry/newsletter information you send us. We do not sell personal data. Analytics are oriented to product quality (for example content refresh signals), not ad targeting.
Uptime & updates
We run on a managed database and deploy app updates through the same path as our codebase, with careful handling of long-running learning sessions. Course pages show curriculum currency so learners know when material is aligned with the latest lesson revision.
